This is the brand new LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) version of the G-10 PRT-VIII spear point tactical rescue knife. This LEO version incorporates a lever action disposable restraint cutter. Made in Solingen, Germany, police everywhere will love this knife.
This knife features a Black Kal-Gard coated, 3.3″, half serrated, 2.5mm thick, Spear point blade made from stainless Böhler N695 steel (HRC 58). It is 8.1″ open length, 4.8″ closed. It has a super tough, ergonomically designed, textured handle of Black G10. At the butt end, there is a hardened carbide glass breaker mounted just behind an integrated, lever-action disposable restraint (handcuff) cutter. There are black stainless steel liners with a liner lock mechanism. The lock is disengaged by a large black button on one side. The blade also has a large thumb disc for easy opening, even when wearing gloves. For carrying, there is a black stainless steel pocket clip.
